Daniel Abdyldaev

Daniel Abdyldaev is the Managing Partner of ADVentures, a venture capital fund supporting founders from Central Eurasia. Daniel worked as the General Manager of John Galt, the venture capital arm of ololo group, the largest chain of tech hubs in Central Asia. Daniel also worked at the Australian boutique investment bank East Star Capital, which attracted investments to the Kyrgyz Republic, and started his career at BNC Finance investment firm. Prior to that, Daniel was responsible for the development of Ticketon, a Kazakh online ticket sales startup in the Kyrgyz Republic, as Country Director. Daniel holds a BA degree in Business Administration from the American University of Central Asia.
Almaz Edilbaev

Almaz Edilbaev is the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at Kyo Health, a leading health tech startup based in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, Almaz worked as the Investment Lead at Accelerate Prosperity, the largest startup accelerator in the Kyrgyz Republic. Almaz also worked at SP Capital, the leading strategy advisory firm in Russia, and started his career at Kama Flow, a venture capital fund in Moscow with an AUM of $100 MM. Additionally, Almaz worked for a family office in Moscow with an AUM of $50 MM and at Frontier Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm in Silicon Valley. Almaz holds an MBA degree from the McCombs School of Business.
